Playscheme Coordinator role x 2
Our established, community-based charity provides high-quality, inclusive Easter and summer school holiday care for children in Year’s 1-6 living in North Guildford and Ash who may not be able to access provision elsewhere. We run for one week during the Easter holidays and for four weeks over the summer, from 9am-4.30pm.
We are looking for 2 enthusiastic, childcare experienced individuals to join CHIPS, one leading delivery in Westborough the other in Ash. Each role is for approximately 450 hour per year, covering the planning, day to day organisation and operation of the playscheme with the majority of the hours being worked onsite at the playscheme in Easter school holidays (5 days) and Summer school holidays (4 weeks)
Essential qualifications include:
- an NVQ L3 in Childcare and/or NCFE CACHE L3 Diploma in Play work (or a willingness to obtain before starting the role)
- First Aid training
You must be willing to complete other training as required.
Applicants must be 18+.
