Dear all,
I hope this email finds you and your families safe and well during this difficult time.
In the same way we are all learning to adapt; so is CHIPS.
As it stands summer holiday playschemes are not permitted to operate; however, we anticipate that might change and eagerly await notification on 4th July when we might find out more. If CHIPS is permitted to go ahead then it will not give us much time to get ready and meet all of the requirements to achieve social distancing and keep all of the children, parents and staff safe.
Therefore, initially CHIPS we are asking you to register your interest in your child attending for a week during:
PROVISIONAL DATES OF :
MONDAY 10th AUGUST – FRIDAY 15th AUGUST
MONDAY 17th AUGUST – FRIDAY 21st AUGUST
Please note:
* Venue – To be confirmed but hopefully will be either Guildford Grove or Weyfield.
* LIMITED spaces – First come first served basis
* ONLY Children who are currently in years 2, 3, 4 or 5 can attend
* 5 days a week (no part weeks)
* Hot meal provided – no packed lunches
* Payment and paperwork online only – no paper copies
