Summer 2021 Update
I write to let you know that we have an ONLINE booking process for CHIPS from this summer
ONLINE Booking for GUILDFORD GROVE ONLY will open 8am Tuesday 15th June
ONLINE Booking for WEYFIELD will open a week later
8am Tuesday 22nd June

PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR THIS SUMMER spaces will be very limited.
Due to the recovery from Covid and associated funding we have allocated a significant number of places to referrals.
Allocation will be limited toa maximum of 10 days over the 4 weeks and allocated for full weeks only.
Children living in Stoke and Westborough wards remain a priority
Successful bookings will be acknowledged via email which will include a link for payment.
Payment must be made through the online booking system.
You will not receive a confirmation of your place until payment has been made.
Applications will close at 1pm Friday 2nd July
In the unlikely scenario that there are spaces available after 2nd July more spaces will be released.
If you think your child should be referred to us – or if they receive free school meals please speak directly to your school, home school link worker/Senco
